I am happy to say I did receive a phone call from the general manager who apologized for all the mishaps and settled the issue to a mutual agreement . Customer service is a make or brake item in todays world of less and less brick n mortar locations and I believe they are indeed trying to do the right thing.
I had a issue with a manager and delivery team and was given the I don't care attitude from one of the senior managers but was called by another and issue was handled in a more professional and courteous manner.
Mistakes do happen and I appreciate the response and outcome. Roger
