We purchased the "Samsung Kitchen Package" from Famous Tate Oldsmar

Store (Brian J) Salesperson.

We were told by Brian that we would get a $300 rebate for purchasing this package.

He gave us the instructions on how to get the rebate. We filed the rebate online on 2/8/18. Received claim #17998726, sent the required information and have never received the rebate promised.

We have tried to check on the status with no results. We need your help

in receiving this rebate.

I've tried every phone number for BrandSource and they can't help.

The rebate was one of the reasons we purchased these appliances from

your store. We could have gone to Lowes, but didn't.

We are considering going to "Eight on your side" if you can't help.

We will notify them so that the prepaid card can be cancelled and a replacement card resent. We will follow up with you to confirm.
